• General Contraindications

  Please do not book a treatment if any of the following applies to you:

  • acute fever or infectious illness
  • active herpes / cold sore in the treatment area
  • active inflammatory acne or pustular lesions
  • eczema, dermatitis, or psoriasis in the treatment area
  • open wounds, fresh scars, scratches, or broken skin
  • current oncological disease or ongoing oncological treatment
  • sunburned skin
  • recent aesthetic or plastic surgery procedures
    approximately 3 weeks after fillers, botulinum toxin, laser, or similar procedures, and approximately 3 months after plastic surgery

  During pregnancy, we do not perform massage techniques involving vibration or pressure points.

All general contraindications for facial treatments apply.

In addition, device-assisted treatments are not suitable in the following cases:

• heart disease
• current oncological disease or ongoing oncological treatment
• thyroid disease
• pregnancy
• breastfeeding
• pacemaker
• hearing aid or hearing implant
• epilepsy
• multiple sclerosis
• metal implants in the treatment area

Lymphatic Facial Massage

This treatment is not suitable in the following cases:

• untreated, insufficiently treated, or relapsed oncological disease
• acute bacterial infection
• purulent skin wounds
• inflammation or thrombosis of the venous system
• swelling caused by heart, liver, or kidney disease
• glaucoma
• high-risk or complicated pregnancy
• heart failure
• decompensated ischemic heart disease
• uncontrolled high blood pressure
• unstable bronchial asthma
• chronic bronchitis
• overactive thyroid gland / hyperthyroidism
• first trimester of pregnancy

Amber Gua Sha Facial Massage

This treatment is not suitable in the following cases:

• damaged skin
• active skin inflammation in the treatment area
• current oncological disease or ongoing oncological treatment
• heart disease
• neurological disease
• recent fillers
• pregnancy

Madero Facial Massage

This treatment is not suitable in the following cases:

• tooth pain or recent orthodontic treatment / newly fitted braces
• pregnancy
• history of embolism
• poor blood clotting

Facial Sculpting / Lifting Massage

This treatment is not suitable in the following cases:

• poor blood clotting
• pregnancy
• tooth or dental inflammation
• current oncological disease or ongoing oncological treatment
• heart disease
• neurological disease
• recent fillers
