1. General Provisions
These Terms and Conditions govern the legal relationship between the service providers of services listed on www.na3se.studio, provided at na3se.studio, Vršovická 95, Prague 10, and the client ordering or using these services. The service providers provide cosmetic and makeup services on the basis of valid trade licenses and documents proving their professional qualification for the activities performed. By booking a specific appointment or ordering a gift voucher through the booking system on www.na3se.studio, in person, by phone, email, WhatsApp, or SMS, the client confirms their agreement with these Terms and Conditions. If the client does not agree with these Terms and Conditions, they may choose not to use the studio’s services.
2. Booking of Services
Appointment Booking
Appointments must be arranged and booked in advance through the booking system on www.na3se.studio, in person, by phone, WhatsApp, SMS, or email. A booked appointment becomes a binding order.
Changing or Cancelling an Appointment
You may change your appointment online, at least 48 hours before the booked appointment, or by email at info@na3se.store, or by SMS at +420 777 648 462. If you are unable to attend your appointment, you may cancel it online at least 48 hours in advance, or by phone, WhatsApp, SMS, or email, no later than 24 hours before the start of the treatment. If you do not cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance, you will be charged 70% of the price of the booked service. Unfortunately, with such short notice, we are usually unable to offer the appointment to another client.
Late Arrival
If you arrive late, your treatment may be shortened so that the next client can be served at the time of their booked appointment.
Gift Cards/Vouchers
If the client has a gift voucher for a specific service or value and does not attend the agreed appointment without prior cancellation, the gift voucher will be considered used. If the gift voucher is issued for a specific monetary value, the price of the booked service will be deducted from the value of the voucher. Gift vouchers may be used only for services. A gift voucher may be used only during its validity period, which is stated on the voucher. After the expiry date, the voucher becomes invalid and the buyer is not entitled to a refund.
Payment by gift voucher must be reported before the start of the treatment so that the validity of the voucher can be verified. If the client does not inform us about the gift voucher when booking the treatment, the voucher may not be accepted as a form of payment. Unused gift voucher value cannot be exchanged for cash.
Refusal of Service
A service may be refused in the following cases:
- the client has contraindications listed in the “Contraindications” section of the website and for each type of treatment,
- the client arrives under the influence of alcohol or addictive substances,
- the client arrives with health problems that prevent the service from being provided safely,
- the client arrives in an unsuitable hygienic condition.
Personal Belongings and Valuables
The service providers are not responsible for any loss of the client’s personal belongings before, during, or after the treatment.
Price List
Price lists are available in the studio and on the service providers’ website. Prices apply to standard operating hours on working days from Monday to Friday. The service providers are not VAT payers.
3. Complaints Regarding Services
In the case of a complaint regarding the provided services, the client must immediately and credibly prove that the subject of the complaint is related to a specific error or fault on the part of the service provider. Complaints must be submitted in writing by email to info@na3se.store. If a complaint is found to be unjustified, the costs of handling the complaint may be claimed from the client.
4. Validity and Effectiveness
These Terms and Conditions enter into force and effect on 1 July 2026.
